Scott and Patrice Holtzer are the owners of Fiocchis Pizzeria. The Holtzers have been in the restaurant business since 1983. Their first restaurant was Pour La France in Snowmass Village, a modest little Café which introduced Colorado Ski Country to a new coffee drink called Cappuccino. When they moved to Denver in 1998 they and a few fellow Employees took over ownership of the Pour La France in Bonnie Brae and turned it into
Seven 30 South, a full service neighborhood grill, which they sold in 2005. In 2010 they opened a Pasquinis Pizzeria in this location. They changed the name to Fiocchi s
July 1, 2012. Scott and Patrice are hands on owners; designing, building and overseeing the daily operations of their restaurants. Scott is the General Manager and Patrice is the Office Manager.
